How It Works:
1. Client Completes Workouts - Logs sets, reps, weight, and RPE(Rate of Perceived Exertion) 2. AI Analyzes Performance - Detects patterns in volume, intensity, and recovery 3. Click AI Progression - Opens an interactive chat to review and discuss suggestions 4. Chat & Refine - Ask questions like "Why not increase squat?" and get explanations 5. Confirm & Create New Version - Creates a new plan version with progressions applied
