Calendar View Features
Calendar Display Options:
The Calendar page provides multiple views to help you manage your schedule efficiently.
View Modes:
• Day View - Detailed view of a single day's appointments • 3-Day View - See three consecutive days at once (great for mobile) • Week View - Full week overview for planning • Month View - Bird's-eye view for long-term planning
Smart Hours Display:
The calendar automatically adjusts the visible hours based on your schedule: • Auto-Expanding Hours - The calendar analyzes your appointments and availability rules to show only relevant hours • Early/Late Appointments - If you have appointments outside standard business hours, the calendar automatically expands to show them • Availability-Based - Hours display adapts to your configured availability rules • No Manual Toggle Needed - The system intelligently calculates the optimal time range to display
Example:
If your availability is set to 6am-8pm and you have an early 6:30am appointment, the calendar will automatically show hours starting from 6am. If all your appointments are between 9am-5pm, the display will focus on those hours for a cleaner view.
Calendar Navigation:
• Use arrow buttons to move between days/weeks/months • Click "Today" to quickly return to the current date • Tap any date in month view to jump to that day
Creating Appointments:
• Click any empty time slot to create a new appointment • Drag appointments to reschedule (desktop only) • Click an appointment to view details or make changes
Filtering & Search:
• Use the search bar to find specific clients or appointments • Filter by service type, status, or trainer • Active filters show as chips for easy visibility
