Payment Notification Preferences

Payment Notification Preferences

Control exactly which payment-related emails your clients receive. By default, all notifications are enabled to keep your clients informed, but you can toggle each one individually.

---

Available Notification Types

| Notification | Recipient | Description | |---|---|---| | Payment Confirmation | Client | Sent after a successful payment for any service | | Payment Failure Alert | You (trainer) | Notifies you when a client's payment fails | | Expiry Warning | Client | Sent 7 days before a pack or pass expires | | Low Balance Alert | Client | Sent when a client has 2 or fewer sessions remaining | | Pack Exhausted Notice | Client | Sent when all sessions on a pack have been used |

---

How to Configure

1. Go to Business → Membership Plans tab 2. Scroll down to Payment Notifications 3. Toggle each notification type on or off 4. Changes save automatically — no save button needed

---

Client Unsubscribe

Every payment notification email includes an "Unsubscribe from payment reminders" link in the footer. If a client clicks this link, they will stop receiving payment reminder emails for your business. They will still receive essential emails like booking confirmations.

You cannot re-subscribe a client — if they unsubscribe, it's their choice. This complies with email marketing best practices and regulations.

---

What's Not Affected

These toggles only control payment-related emails. The following emails are always sent regardless of these settings: - Booking confirmations and reminders - Invitation emails - Account setup and password reset emails
