Three apps in one: indoor cycling, strength and AI workout plans.
REPley Ride: one subscription for your rides, your strength training and your plan, with nutrition and hydration included.
18 real climbs, and workouts that hold you to the watts.
Mont Ventoux, the Stelvio, the Tourmalet, Mount Buller, Willunga Hill and more, built from OpenStreetMap roads and survey elevation data. Each one starts and finishes where its Strava segment does, with the length and climbing within about 2% of it.
- 15 ERG workouts, from sweet spot 2 × 20 to VO2max 5 × 3, with the trainer holding each target
- A ramp test sets your FTP, and your best 20 minutes on any ride can raise it
- A pace partner at a W/kg you choose, with a draft to sit in

A calm ride, with something to watch.
Roll through a mountain ash forest with birdsong and weather, or put a video on while you spin.
- YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Apple Podcasts play in a panel on the ride screen
- 24 virtual gears on free rides, and Xbox or PlayStation controllers to shift
- Records at 5 seconds, 1, 5 and 20 minutes, badges and levels as you go

One AI plan for the bike and the gym.
Tell REPley your goal, your level and the days you have. It builds a periodised plan with rides and strength sessions in the same weeks, and eases off where it should.
- Today’s ride opens in REPley Ride, and the trainer holds the targets in ERG
- After each session REPley suggests the next step from how hard it felt. You confirm it, and your plan keeps its history
- Rides and gym days share one calendar, so you see the whole week at once

Everything else you train, in the same app.
REPley on your phone and the web comes with your subscription. Strength, cardio, nutrition and hydration are logged in one place, next to your rides.
- Strength
Your gym sessions with sets, reps and weights, and your personal bests as they happen.
- Cardio
Runs, outdoor rides and classes, logged by hand or brought in from the fitness apps you connect.
- Nutrition
Scan a barcode, photograph the label or the plate, or type what you ate. Macros add up as you go.
- Hydration
One tap for a glass or a bottle against a daily target. Coffee and tea count too.

Three apps’ worth, for A$19.99 a month.
Plenty of people pay for a riding app, a training-plan app and a strength app. REPley Ride does all three jobs, then adds nutrition and hydration.
Or A$169 a year, about 30% less than paying monthly.
Each of them goes deeper on its own job. If you race every week, Zwift’s racing is the better fit. If you want the biggest library of structured plans, TrainerRoad does that well. If you want a strength program written by a named coach, Ladder is built around that. If you want your riding, your gym work and your nutrition in one plan, that is what we built.
Monthly prices in Australian dollars, checked 2 October 2026, before discounts or yearly plans: Zwift from zwift.com/au; TrainerRoad and Ladder from their Australian App Store listings (TrainerRoad’s own site bills US$21.99; Ladder’s lowest tier is shown). Zwift, TrainerRoad and Ladder are trademarks of their owners. BuildStability is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
What REPley Ride does not do yet.
So you can rule it out fast if one of these matters to you.
- 01No racing or group rides yet. You ride on your own, or with a pace partner.
- 02No iPad, Apple TV or phone riding. It runs on a Mac, Windows or Linux computer.
- 03It needs a smart trainer that uses Bluetooth FTMS. A basic trainer or a spin bike without it will not connect.
Questions riders ask first.
What is REPley Ride?
REPley Ride is an indoor cycling app for your computer and smart trainer. It puts 18 real climbs, a trail through the forest, ERG workouts, a ramp FTP test and a pace partner on your trainer. Every ride lands in REPley, the same app where you log strength, nutrition and hydration on your phone, and where REPley’s AI builds your training plan.
Which smart trainers work?
Trainers that use Bluetooth FTMS, the open standard most current smart trainers support. We ride it on a Wahoo KICKR CORE, and we add each model to the list as riders confirm it. Any Bluetooth heart-rate strap works, and a strap is optional.
Can I ride on an iPad, Apple TV or phone?
Not yet. REPley Ride runs on a Mac, Windows or Linux computer with Bluetooth. Your phone runs REPley for everything off the bike: gym sessions, nutrition, hydration and your plan.
My coach uses REPley. Do I pay?
No. REPley Ride is free when your coach uses REPley, on any plan or during their free trial. Sign in to REPley Ride with the email you use for REPley, and we email you a 6-digit code: no password needed.
What does it cost?
A$19.99 a month or A$169 a year in Australia, US$12.99 or US$109.99 in the United States, £9.99 or £84.99 in the UK, CA$17.99 or CA$149.99 in Canada, and NZ$21.99 or NZ$184.99 in New Zealand. US and Canadian prices are before tax. The first 14 days are free with no card, one free trial per person, and they start the first time you sign in on your computer, so none are used while you set up. Cancel on the web whenever you like.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?
Riding and the AI features stop until you subscribe. Everything you logged stays, and you can keep logging workouts, nutrition and hydration by hand.
Does it post my rides to Strava?
Each ride saves a file you upload to Strava in a couple of clicks, and a share image for anywhere else. Your ride also lands in REPley with power and heart rate.
Ride free for 14 days.
No card to start, and one free trial per person. Your free days begin the first time you sign in on your computer.
