Deleting Your Account

Self-Service Account Deletion:

Business owners (super admins) can permanently delete their account directly from Settings.

Who Can Delete:

• Only the business owner (super_admin) can delete an account • Trainers and admins should contact the business owner • Individual clients can be deleted from the Clients page

How to Delete Your Account:

1. Navigate to Settings (click your profile) 2. Scroll to Account & Privacy 3. Click Delete My Account (red button in Danger Zone) 4. Type "Delete all my data" exactly to confirm 5. Click Permanently Delete Account

What Gets Deleted:

• All business data (clients, services, subscriptions) • All training programs and workout history • All appointments and booking records • All billing and payment records • Your account and login credentials • Your Stripe subscription will be cancelled

Important Notes:

• This action cannot be undone • All data is permanently deleted • You will be logged out immediately • Any active Stripe subscriptions will be cancelled • Team members will lose access to the business

Before Deleting:

We recommend exporting your data first (see "Exporting Your Data"). Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
