Created by another platform (limited dashboard access). These are tied to that platform and can't be transferred. You'll create a new account with us — about 3 minutes since you're already familiar with Stripe. We pre-fill your business details.

Do I need Stripe Connect to subscribe to BuildStability?
No. You can subscribe immediately by selecting a plan and entering your card details. Stripe Connect is a separate, optional feature for managing client memberships. Set it up when you're ready.

Yes. Go to Business Settings → Membership Plans and use the Discount Codes section. Create percentage or fixed-amount codes with optional expiry dates, usage limits, and first-time-customer restrictions. Codes are managed through your Stripe Connect account.

Yes. Clients receive automated emails for payment confirmations, expiring memberships, low session balances, and failed payments. You can toggle each notification type on or off in Business Settings, and clients can unsubscribe themselves.

Stripe's Smart Retries attempt to recover the payment automatically. The client sees a clear banner in their portal to update their payment method. You're notified so no session goes unbilled.
