Yes. The AI Progression Chat is a conversation. Ask it why it recommended a deload, request an alternative exercise, or tell it about an injury. It adjusts its suggestions based on the discussion.
What happens to the old program when I apply changes?
It's saved as a previous version. You can view the full history of any client's program, compare versions, and revert if needed. Nothing is overwritten.
