BuildStability’s AI nutrition sets macro targets that adjust for training day vs rest day — never rigid menus. Research on adherence is clear that prescribed meal plans fail. Our client logs what they actually eat (barcode, label photo, meal photo, conversational with REPley, or voice) against a target. Plus our food database is built for the Australian shelf — Australian food-composition data (Food Standards AU/NZ), 4,300+ Coles and Woolworths branded products, and a curated AU list (Macca’s, GYG, KFC, Subway). If you want rigid meal plans, PT Distinction fits better. If your clients eat at Coles and Bunnings and you want adherence not rigidity, BuildStability fits better.
Is PT Distinction better for habit coaching and client check-ins?
PT Distinction has a larger built-in library of habit coaching templates and structured weekly check-in flows, which makes it the stronger choice if habit-based coaching is the core of your service. BuildStability supports check-ins and habits but the template library is smaller.
Can I migrate from PT Distinction to BuildStability?
Yes, and you can do it at your own pace. For your client list, export it as a CSV from PT Distinction or copy the rows out of a spreadsheet, and import it on the Clients page. Importing emails nobody, so you invite clients when you are ready. For your programs, you do not have to rebuild from scratch: add the PDFs, photos or spreadsheets you have to the program importer, and it reads them and shows you what it found before anything is saved. A program you have as text can be pasted into REPley and saved exactly as written. See Migrating from another platform for the order to do it in. If you process payments through Stripe with your own dashboard access, connect your Stripe account and import your products, customers and active subscriptions. Saved cards stay on Stripe, so your clients are not asked to re-enter card details.
