The AI assistant that runs the admin, so you can coach.
REPley is the AI assistant built into BuildStability, the personal trainer software made for the AI era. Ask in plain English. REPley builds the plan, spots the client about to leave, and reschedules your day. Every program is structure-checked before you see it, and nothing reaches a client until you confirm it. You know your client in a way no model does.
- ●Periodised plans in 60 seconds. Every block after the first is built from what they actually logged.
- ●Churn flagged 30 days early, so you save the client before they ghost.
- ●AI nutrition built for Australia. AUSNUT plus Aussie branded foods.
- ●Your whole day rescheduled from one sentence. Clients notified automatically.
Every feature on every plan. No add-ons. No commission.

“Most PT software is glorified data storage with a subscription attached. BuildStability is different.”
Vinay Koka · Founder, Synergy Training & Health

“It’s built for PTs first and foremost, not just an app that works for your clients. I’m an actual PT with face-to-face and online clients who switched, and couldn’t be more convinced this is the holy grail.”

One assistant. Every part of your coaching business.
REPley is not a chat window off to the side. It reads your real data and does the work across programming, nutrition, scheduling, billing and retention. You stay in control. Every action that touches a client waits for your confirmation.
Builds periodised programs in 60 seconds
Describe the client and the goal. REPley writes a periodised block from their actual training history, substitutes around injuries, and builds in progressive overload. You review and assign.
How the progression engine thinksFlags the clients about to quit, 30 days early
Ask "who is at risk this month?" and REPley reads engagement, RPE drift, missed sessions and billing signals into a forward-looking score. Save the client before they ghost.
Why data-driven beats chatbotsSets nutrition targets built for Australia
REPley sets protein, carb and calorie targets from the training block, grounded in AUSNUT and Aussie branded foods. Clients log a Bunnings snag in two taps. No second app.

"Move all of Thursday to Friday, physio ran over." REPley rebuilds the day, notifies every client, and never double-books. The admin you dreaded is one line of chat.
Answers the business questions you actually ask
"How is revenue this month?" "Show me my Q3 GST report." REPley reads your real numbers and answers in plain English. Every action that touches a client waits for your confirmation.
Not a bolt-on chatbot. Built into every step
REPley runs a registry of 50+ tools across scheduling, programs, nutrition, billing, the 90-day journey and churn. It reads your actual data, not a canned FAQ. Most competitors have a workout-only bot, or none.

What trainers ask before they switch
What is REPley?
REPley is the AI assistant built into BuildStability, the personal trainer software made for the AI era. It is not a chatbot bolted onto the side: REPley reaches 50+ tools across programming, scheduling, billing, the 90-day client journey, nutrition and churn prediction, and it reads your real client data rather than answering from general knowledge. You ask in plain English, REPley proposes the action, and nothing that touches a client happens until you confirm it.
Does AI replace personal trainers?
No, and the boundary is worth stating precisely rather than reassuringly. REPley drafts programs, reads logged performance, flags the client drifting toward cancelling, and does the scheduling and invoicing. It cannot know that your client slept badly, that their shoulder was cranky on Tuesday, that they hate lunges, or that the only rack is booked at 6am. It confirms a squat pattern is in a strength block; it does not decide whether that should be a front squat or a goblet squat for someone six weeks post-injury. That is coaching, and it stays yours. What REPley removes is the admin between the sessions.
How does AI program generation work for personal trainers?
You give REPley the goal, experience, equipment, days per week and program length, and it writes a periodised plan you can edit anywhere before assigning. You choose the length, from 1 up to 12 weeks, and the progression style. Four-week blocks are the default because the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association describes the standard mesocycle as four weeks on a 3:1 loading pattern, three weeks of progressive overload then a deload; plenty of coaches work to a different cycle and can set their own. Every generated program is checked against structural rules before you see it, and you review it before your client does.
How do you check an AI-generated training program is any good?
Before any change ships to how REPley builds programs, BuildStability generates real programs across six goal types and checks them against a fixed set of structural rules: that a long program reads as real training blocks rather than one week repeated, that recovery weeks are measurably lighter than the block they close, that the program trains the goal on its label (a fat loss block carries conditioning in every session, a strength block covers squat, hinge, push, pull and carry patterns), and that equipment limits, exclusions and injury flags are honoured after generation rather than merely requested. These are our own standards, not an external accreditation, and they test structure rather than whether a plan suits your client.
Can AI write the next training block from what a client actually logged?
Yes. When a client finishes a block, End of block reads the last five logged sessions for every movement, including the load lifted and the effort reported, then writes the next block from those numbers. It reads the trend rather than the last session alone, so a lift getting harder at the same weight is held rather than pushed. Quick-logged sessions count as attendance but not as load, since they record that the work was done without recording what was lifted, and the plan tells you how many movements it had real history for so you know what to check.
Is the AI included on every plan or is it a premium add-on?
REPley is included on every BuildStability plan, from Essential at A$6/month through to Pro+. There is no AI tier, no per-generation charge and no premium lock: tiers differ by client count and AI request limits, not by which features you get. Most fitness platforms reserve AI programming for their most expensive plan or sell it as an add-on.
What client data is sent to the AI model provider?
Not the parts that identify your client. Email addresses and phone numbers are stripped out before anything is sent. Dates of birth never leave: a birthday is converted to an age in years first, so the model sees "34", not a birth date. Street addresses are removed from free text. Surnames are cut to an initial, so REPley chat sees "Sarah M." rather than a full name, and only so that you can tell two Sarahs apart. The AI plan builder sends no name at all, just goal, experience, equipment, age, sex and your notes. What does get sent is the training information that makes the advice worth having: logged loads, RPE, session history, injury notes and goals. Payments run through your own Stripe account rather than ours, so card details never touch the model or us. And REPley proposes actions and waits: anything that would message a client, change a booking or alter a program needs your explicit confirmation first.
What can REPley not do yet?
REPley does not coach for you, and there are practical gaps worth knowing before you switch. There is no client marketplace, so you bring your own clients. Activity sync currently covers Strava. A 12-week program takes a few minutes to build because each week is written in sequence. And the further out a week sits, the more it is a projection rather than a response to performance, which is why we suggest generating a block, seeing how it goes, then building the next one from real data.
