Exporting Your Data

Self-Service Data Export:

You can export your data anytime directly from the app—no need to contact support.

How to Export:

1. Navigate to Settings (click your profile in the header) 2. Scroll to the Account & Privacy section 3. Choose which category to download: • Profile & Settings - Your name, email, preferences • Clients - Client list with contact details • Programs & Templates - Training programs you've created • Appointments - Last 12 months of bookings • Billing History - Subscription and payment records

Export Format:

• All exports are in JSON format • JSON is human-readable and works with most data tools • Files are named with the category and date (e.g., buildstability-clients-2025-01-29.json)

Export Limits:

• You can export each category once every 5 minutes • Large datasets (100+ records) are paginated • Each export counts toward your daily API usage

Using Your Exported Data:

• Import into spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets) • Use with data analysis tools • Back up for your records • Transfer to other platforms if needed
