Healthy Ageing Programs

Fitness Progress Reports

Two modes:

Print Report (no extra steps) Print or save a PDF of the client's assessment results and Active Living Indicator for your own records or to hand directly to the client. This is no different from viewing any other client data.

Share with Practitioner (consent required) When sharing with a GP, physio, or other provider: 1. Click "Share with Practitioner" 2. Enter the recipient name (e.g. "Dr Smith, XYZ Medical Centre") 3. The client must consent via a checkbox 4. The consent is recorded with timestamp and recipient under the Australian Privacy Principles 5. The report is saved to the client's Documents with a compliance header

First-time use:

The first time you use the report feature, a scope-of-practice reminder appears confirming the report is a fitness progress summary, not a clinical assessment. This shows once and is not repeated.

What the report includes:

Client name, age, assessment period, Active Living Indicator score and trend, assessment results with benchmark comparisons, and a standardised disclaimer.

What the report does not include:

Clinical risk classifications, medical recommendations, or diagnostic language. If your client requires clinical assessment, refer to an Accredited Exercise Physiologist or physiotherapist.
