iOS App Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:

App won't load or shows a blank screen:

1. Force-quit the app (swipe up from app switcher) 2. Reopen the app 3. Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) 4. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall from the App Store

Can't log in:

• You must get started on the website first at buildstability.com/signup • Then log in on the app with the same email/password • If you used Apple or Google sign-in on web, use the same method on the app • Check that you're using the correct email address

App looks different from the website:

• The app is optimised for mobile screens — some layouts are adapted for touch • All features are available, but the navigation is designed for smaller screens • For the most spacious view, use the iPad version

Notifications not working:

1. Open iPhone/iPad Settings 2. Scroll to Build Stability 3. Tap Notifications 4. Make sure notifications are enabled

Data not syncing:

• Changes sync in real-time — if something looks stale, pull down to refresh • Check your internet connection • Force-quit and reopen the app
