Preferences, Client Notes & "Remember" Command
Make the AI Assistant Your Own:
Tell the AI Assistant to "remember" how you like to work, and it will adapt to your preferences in every future conversation. You can also save notes about specific clients.

Per-Client Notes — Remember Things About Clients:

General Notes
• "Remember David is returning after 6 months off" → AI suggests conservative progressions • "Note that Amy is pregnant, second trimester" → AI flags high-risk movements
How It Works:
When you say "remember," the AI uses dedicated tools to save the information: • Your preferences → Saved to your profile, loaded at the start of every conversation • Client notes → Saved per-client, loaded whenever that client's data is retrieved
The AI automatically adapts its tone, recommendations, and exercise suggestions based on saved context.
Your Data Is:
• Stored securely — trainer preferences on your profile, client notes scoped to your business • Applied automatically — no need to repeat context every conversation • Updatable at any time — just say "remember" with the new value • Limited to structured categories (no arbitrary text injection for security)
Resetting or Updating:
To change a preference or client note, simply tell the AI the new value: • "Remember I prefer professional communication" → Overwrites previous style • "Remember Sarah's injury is resolved" → Updates the injury note • Each category is independent — changing one doesn't affect others
