Quick Re-Booking — "Who Needs Rebooking?"

Never let a client walk out without their next session booked.

After each session, the AI assistant can check whether your client needs their next session booked. Just ask — or tap the "Who needs rebooking?" suggestion chip that appears in your chat.

How It Works:

The AI checks three things before suggesting a rebooking: 1. Already booked? If the client already has a future session scheduled, it tells you — no unnecessary nudge. 2. Recurring schedule? If they're on a recurring appointment rule, future sessions are generated automatically. No action needed. 3. Credits remaining? The AI shows their pack/subscription status. If credits are low, it flags it so you can discuss renewal.

Example Questions:

• "Does Jake need to book his next session?" → Checks history, suggests Tuesday 6pm based on his usual pattern • "Who needs rebooking?" → Checks all clients who trained today • "Book Sarah for next Wednesday at 10am" → AI uses the scheduling tool to create the appointment

Smart Suggestions:

The AI analyzes your client's last 10 appointments to find their preferred day and time. If Jake usually trains Tuesdays at 6pm, the suggestion is pre-filled — one tap to book.

When It Won't Nudge:

• Client already has a future appointment booked • Client has an active recurring schedule • Client has no credits or active entitlement (you'll see an info message instead)

This keeps the chat clean — you only see rebooking prompts when they're genuinely needed.
