Session Brief Card in Chat

Automatic Session Prep When You Need It:

When you open the AI Assistant within 30 minutes of a scheduled session, a Session Brief card automatically appears at the top of your chat.

What It Shows:

• Client name and appointment time — So you know exactly who's coming • 3 AI-generated bullet points — Key things to know for this session (e.g., last session performance, current program phase, any notes) • Color-coded priorities — Green, amber, and blue dots highlight different aspects

When It Appears:

The brief only shows when: 1. You have an appointment starting within the next 30 minutes 2. That client has an active assigned program 3. You have AI access on your plan

How It Works:

The card fetches your schedule, finds the next upcoming session, looks up the client's active program, and generates a brief — all automatically. It uses the same AI session brief engine that powers the Program Builder's session prep feature.

If No Brief Appears:

• You may not have an appointment within 30 minutes • The client may not have an active assigned program • The data is cached for 5 minutes, so it won't re-fetch constantly
