Client Limits & Archiving
Overview:
Build Stability uses a secure client archiving system designed to help trainers manage their client roster while protecting subscription limits from abuse.
What Happens When You Archive a Client:
• ✅ Frees up a client slot in your subscription • ✅ Removes their current assigned plan (you'll need to reassign one if you unarchive them) • ✅ Blocks their app login access (they can't use the app while archived) • ✅ Preserves all progress history for future reference • ✅ Keeps contact information intact
Archive Process (5 Security Steps):
1. Select Archive Reason - Choose from: Client ended training, Temporary break, Payment issues, Switching trainers, Business closure, Other 2. Type "ARCHIVE" to Confirm - Must type exactly "ARCHIVE" (all caps) to prevent accidental archiving 3. 5-Minute Cooling Off Period - Cannot unarchive the same client for 5 minutes after archiving 4. Upgrade Pressure on Repeated Unarchives - If you try to unarchive multiple times when at your limit, you'll see escalating upgrade messages 5. Unarchive Blocked When at Limit - Cannot unarchive clients when you're at your active client limit
Subscription Limits by Tier:

Unarchiving Clients:
1. Wait 5 minutes after archiving (cooling-off period) 2. Ensure you're not at your client limit 3. Go to the Clients page and find the archived client 4. Click "Unarchive" and confirm 5. Reassign a workout plan (workout plans don't restore automatically)
Common Issues & Solutions:
• "Can't unarchive immediately" - Wait 5 minutes after archiving • "Unarchive button not working" - Check if you're at your client limit • "Need to reassign workout plan" - Program Templates are removed for security when archived • "My client can't log in!" - Check if client is archived, they need to contact you directly
