Holistic Client Tracking:
The Build Score is a comprehensive fitness metric (0-100 scale) that combines multiple performance factors.
What It Measures:
• Consistency (40%) - Workout adherence and streaks • Volume (30%) - Training load progression • Performance (20%) - Progress toward goals • Recovery (10%) - Rest days and recovery patterns
Score Interpretation:
• 90-100 - Excellent: Highly engaged, great progress • 70-89 - Good: Engaged with room for improvement • 50-69 - Fair: Needs encouragement or plan adjustments • 0-49 - Poor: Requires immediate trainer attention
How to Use It:
Daily Check-Ins:
• Score < 50: Check in about barriers • Score 50-75: Maintain course, solid progress • Score 75+: Celebrate wins, consider progression
Trend Indicators:
• ↑ Green arrow - Improving (reinforce positive behaviors) • → Gray dash - Stable (maintain current approach) • ↓ Red arrow - Declining (investigate causes)
Where to Find It:
• Client Progress Hub → Progress tab • Build Score Widget (top of dashboard) • Updates automatically after each workout
