Understanding the Progress Indicator:
The progress indicator shows your client's journey through their workout plan:
Progress Bar:
• Green fill - Overall completion percentage • Updates automatically as weeks complete • Visual motivation for clients
Week Circles:
• ✅ Green with checkmark - Completed weeks • 🔵 Blue with ring - Current week (highlighted) • ⚪ Gray - Upcoming weeks
Week Counter:
• Shows "X/Y weeks completed" • Example: "3/12 weeks completed"
