Templates vs Assigned Workout Plans
Understanding Workout Plan States:
BuildStability programs exist in two forms:
1. Templates(Static Plans) • Master copies of your programs • Reusable across multiple clients • Edited in Template Builder without client context • No AI suggestions available • Use for: Creating reusable program frameworks
2. Assigned Workout Plans(Active Progressions) • Live workout plans assigned to specific clients • Show blue "Active Workout Plan" banner at top • Display progress indicator showing week completion • Enable "AI Progression" button • Track client's actual performance • Use for: Managing individual client progressions

How to Edit Assigned Workout Plans:
1. Navigate to Client Progress Hub 2. Find assigned workout plan 3. Click "Edit" button 4. Make changes directly 5. Changes apply immediately to client
