Active Living Indicator

What it is:

A composite fitness score (0-100) calculated from your client's latest functional assessment results. It provides a single-number summary of functional fitness progress.

How it is calculated:

Six categories are weighted and normalised against published benchmarks for the client's age and sex: - Sit-to-Stand (25%) - Timed Up & Go (20%) - Grip Strength (15%) - Single Leg Balance (15%) - Gait Speed (15%) - Flexibility (10%)

At least two categories must be assessed to calculate the indicator.

Score labels:

- 0-30: Building Foundation - 31-50: Developing - 51-70: Progressing - 71-85: Active - 86-100: Thriving

Important: This is a fitness indicator based on published benchmarks (Rikli & Jones Senior Fitness Test). It is not a clinical assessment or diagnostic tool.
