Setting Up Your Branding
Quick Setup Guide (Takes Less Than 5 Minutes):
Step 1: Navigate to Branding Settings
1. Click Business in the main navigation 2. Select Business Profile tab 3. Scroll to Your Business Branding section 4. Click Edit to start customizing
Step 2: Upload Your Logo
1. Click Upload Logo button 2. Select your logo file (PNG or JPG, max 500KB) 3. Logo is automatically optimized and compressed 4. Preview appears instantly
Pro Tips for Logos:
✓ Use PNG with transparent background for best results ✓ Include dark or colorful elements (avoid all-white logos) ✓ Square or horizontal logos work best ✓ Keep file size under 500KB ✓ Test in both light and dark modes
Step 3: Choose Your Brand Color
1. Click the color picker 2. Select your primary brand color 3. See instant preview of how it looks 4. Color applies to buttons, headers, accents, and your entire client portal
How Brand Color Works:
Your primary brand color is automatically converted into a complete color palette (10 shades from very light to very dark). This palette is applied throughout the client-facing pages: • My Programs - Workout cards, progress indicators, and action buttons • Sessions & Booking - Appointment cards, calendar highlights, and booking buttons • My Plan & Billing - Service cards, session counters, and purchase buttons
Pro Tips for Colors:
✓ Use your brand's primary color ✓ Choose medium to bright colors for best visibility ✓ Ensure white text is readable on your color ✓ Avoid very light or very dark colors ✓ Test in both light and dark modes - the system automatically adjusts for readability
Step 4: Select Your Font (Optional)
1. Open the font dropdown 2. Choose from 12 professional fonts: • Inter (Modern & Clean) • Helvetica (Classic & Professional) • Montserrat (Bold & Modern) • Roboto (Google Material) • Open Sans (Friendly & Readable) • And 7 more options! 3. See live preview of your business name 4. Font applies to your business name throughout the platform
Step 5: Add Your Tagline (Optional)
1. Enter your business tagline or motto 2. Keep it short and memorable (max 100 characters) 3. Appears on QR codes, reports, and public pages
Step 6: Save and Go Live
1. Click Save button 2. Changes apply immediately across the entire platform 3. Your clients see your branding on their next login 4. Email branding applies to all new client emails automatically 5. No app updates or restarts required
Resetting Your Branding
Need to start fresh? While in Edit mode, click the Reset button. You'll be asked to confirm — resetting removes your logo, colors, tagline, and font, returning everything to the default BuildStability theme. You can always re-upload your branding afterwards.
That's It! Your entire platform is now branded with your business identity, including all email communications.
