Mobile App for Clients (iOS + Android)
A short page you can share with a client who's stuck installing the mobile app. Send them this URL directly.
Step 1: Accept the invitation first
Open the email from your trainer's business. Tap Accept Invitation & Get Started. Set a password (8+ characters, one uppercase, one number, one special character). You're now signed in on the web.
If the email isn't in your inbox, check spam. If it's still missing after 5 minutes, ask your trainer to resend it.
Step 2: Install the mobile app
- iPhone or iPad: App Store link - Android phone or tablet: Google Play link
Search for "Build Stability" if the link doesn't open.
Step 3: Sign in on the app
Open the app. Tap Log In. Use the same email and password you set in Step 1. You'll see your trainer's branded portal, not a generic fitness app: their logo, their colours, their business name throughout.
If you used Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In to set up your account on web, use the same method on the app.
What you can do in the app
- Book training sessions - View your assigned training plan and log workouts as you complete them - Track progress over time - Manage your subscription or session pack - Message your trainer (if they've enabled it)
Troubleshooting
- *"I don't have a password yet."* You haven't completed Step 1. Open the invitation email and tap Accept Invitation & Get Started first. - *"The app says my email isn't recognised."* Double-check it's the same email your trainer used to invite you. If you're sure it is, ask your trainer to resend the invitation, then try again. - *"I see a generic app, not my trainer's brand."* Force-quit the app and reopen. Branding loads once you sign in. - *"I can't find the app in the store."* The exact name is Build Stability. Use one of the direct links above.
