Your Data, Your Control

Data Ownership:

You own your data. We provide the platform; you control the content.

What This Means:

• All client records, workout programs, and business data belong to you • We do not claim any ownership over content you create • We do not sell your data to third parties • We do not use your business data for advertising

Data Export:

• Export your data anytime from Settings > Account & Privacy • Download by category: Profile, Clients, Programs, Appointments, Billing • Data is exported in standard JSON format—no proprietary lock-in

Data Deletion:

• Delete individual client records from your dashboard • Business owners can delete their entire account from Settings • We respond to all deletion requests within 30 days

After Cancellation:

• 90-day read-only access to export your data • After 90 days, data may be archived or deleted • Renew anytime to restore full access
