Healthy Ageing Program Builder
What it is:
The Healthy Ageing goal in the AI program builder creates age-appropriate longevity programs for clients aged 55 and over. Every generated session includes balance, mobility, and functional exercises.
How to use it:
1. Open the AI program builder (Library > New Program Template > Create with AI, or from a client's profile) 2. Select Healthy Ageing under the Health & Longevity section 3. The wizard collects age tier, focus areas, training environment, and any medical conditions 4. The AI generates a program with balance, mobility, and functional exercises in every session
Age tiers:
The AI adjusts loading, RPE, rest periods, and session length based on four tiers: - 55-64 (Active Ageing): Moderate loading, full gym access, controlled power exercises - 65-74 (Standard): Light-to-moderate, seated/assisted preferred, 40-50 min sessions - 75-84 (Adapted): Light, chair-accessible mandatory, 30-45 min sessions - 85+ (Gentle/Chair): Very light/bodyweight, chair-only default, 20-35 min sessions
The age tier is auto-selected from the client's date of birth. You can override it.
Condition-aware programming:
Enter medical conditions (osteoporosis, joint replacement, arthritis, diabetes) and the AI avoids exercises that could aggravate them. For example, osteoporosis triggers removal of loaded spinal flexion exercises.
Equipment:
The standard equipment step is replaced with a training environment selector (Gym, Resistance Bands, Chair, Pool/Aqua, Walking, Mat/Floor). Optional specific equipment can be expanded.
