What the 90-day journey is, and what it is not
The 90-day journey is the long arc of a client's progress, automatically tracked from their first session to Day 90.
It is the answer to the question every PT and client asks at some point: *"is this working?"*. Instead of you having to assemble a progress report, the journey assembles itself in the background while your client trains.
What it is:
• A 90-day plan started automatically on the client's first completed session • Six milestones along the way: Day 0, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 • Auto-fills with adherence, session count, and strength PRs from the logger • Ends in a celebration page on Day 90 with an AI-written summary the client can share
What it is not:
• Not a workout plan (use the Program Builder for that) • Not class check-in (the QR code feature for marking attendance at group classes) • Not a manual progress report (you do not assemble it; the app does) • Not the same as engagement scoring (engagement is the right-now read; the journey is the long arc)
The vocabulary you will see:
• Milestone: one of the six checkpoints (Day 0, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90) • Cohort: all your active journeys • Adherence: how many of the due milestones a client has hit • Day 90 / completion screen: the celebration page the client sees when they finish
