Changing or Cancelling Your Enrolment
Managing Your Recurring Enrolments:
Viewing Your Enrolments:
• Go to your Client Portal dashboard • Look for the My Recurring Classes section • You'll see all your active enrolments with: - Class name - Days you're enrolled (e.g., "Mon + Wed") - Class time - When you enrolled
Cancelling an Enrolment:
1. Find the enrolment in My Recurring Classes 2. Click Cancel Enrolment 3. Confirm your cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel:
• All your future bookings from that enrolment are cancelled • Your past attendance history is preserved • Credits are refunded according to your trainer's cancellation policy • You can re-enrol at any time
Changing Your Days:
To attend on different days: 1. Cancel your current enrolment 2. Re-enrol with your new preferred days
Cancelling a Single Session:
You can still cancel individual sessions without affecting your enrolment: • Find the session in your upcoming bookings • Cancel that specific session • Your future booked sessions remain unchanged
