Schedule Overview Card - Your Weekly Schedule at a Glance:
The Schedule Overview card provides real-time insights into your upcoming sessions, helping you plan your week and track your coaching workload.
Understanding the Metrics:
Today & Tomorrow:
• Shows total scheduled sessions for today and tomorrow • Includes both 1:1 personal training sessions AND group classes you're coaching • Excludes cancelled appointments • Use this for quick daily planning
Sessions Breakdown (1:1 vs Classes):
• 👤 1:1: Individual personal training sessions with single clients • 👥 Classes: Group fitness sessions (2+ participants) • Helps you understand your revenue mix and client engagement patterns • Important for pricing strategy: 1:1 sessions typically have higher per-client revenue while classes have higher total throughput
This Week vs Last Week:
• Compares your current week's total bookings to the previous week • +N (green): You have more sessions than last week - business is growing! • -N (red): Fewer sessions than last week - consider outreach to fill gaps • The progress bar visually shows this week relative to the maximum of both weeks • Includes all 1:1 and group sessions
Weekly Load Distribution:
• Visual bar chart showing sessions across Mon-Sun • Each bar represents booking density for that day • Highlighted bar (primary color): Your busiest day of the week • Empty/minimal bars indicate availability gaps • Use this to: - Balance your workload across the week - Identify days with extra capacity - Spot patterns (e.g., clients prefer mornings, weekends slow)
Hours (Utilization):
• Total scheduled coaching hours for the current week • Calculated from session start to end times • Includes both 1:1 sessions and group classes • Progress bar shows percentage of 40-hour weekly target • Use this to: - Track your utilization rate - Ensure you're not under- or over-booked - Optimize pricing based on demand
Timezone Accuracy:
• All metrics use your business timezone (set in Business Settings) • If you see unexpected day groupings, check your business timezone setting • Sessions are displayed according to when they occur in your business location
Best Practices:
• Check the card at the start of each day to prepare for your sessions • Use the "View Calendar" link to see full appointment details • If "This Week" shows a decline, consider sending re-engagement messages to inactive clients • Monitor your Hours utilization to ensure sustainable workload
