How to Access the AI Assistant
Where to Find the AI Assistant:
On Desktop:
1. Dashboard - Look for the "AI Assistant" card at the top of your Dashboard 2. Business Metrics Section - Business owners will see it as the first card in the Business Metrics grid 3. Trainer Dashboard - Trainers see it as a prominent card on their Dashboard 4. Click the card or the chat icon to open the sidebar
On Mobile:
1. The AI Assistant card appears at the top of your Dashboard 2. Tap the card to open a full-screen chat interface 3. Swipe down from the top to dismiss when done
Icon & Visual Indicators:
• Card Icon - Sparkles/magic wand icon (✨) indicates AI-powered features • Chat Icon - Message square icon appears in the sidebar header • Quick Suggestions - When you first open, you'll see suggestion chips for common questions
Always Available:
Once you open the AI Assistant, it stays accessible as a sidebar on desktop or overlay on mobile. You can keep it open while navigating other pages to get quick answers without losing context.
