Using AI Progression
Step - by - Step Guide:
Step 1: Assign a Workout Plan
1. Navigate to Client Progress Hub 2. Click "Assign Plan" for your client 3. Select a program template 4. Set start date
Step 2: Wait for Workout Data
• Client needs to complete 3 + workouts with logged RPE and weight • AI builds performance profile automatically • No manual data entry required
Step 3: Open AI Progression Chat
1. Open assigned workout plan in Program Progress 2. Look for "Active Program" banner at top 3. Click "AI Progression" button (green with sparkles icon) 4. AI Progression modal opens with suggested changes
Step 4: Review & Chat
The AI Progression chat shows: • Summary - Overview of all suggested progressions • Sidebar - List of exercises with changes (weight, reps, sets) • Chat Input - Ask questions or request adjustments
Example Questions:
• "Why not increase squat?" • "Make bench press more conservative" • "What about adding more volume?" • "Is the client ready for a deload?"
Step 5: Confirm Changes
• Review final suggestions in the sidebar • Click "Confirm & Create New Version" • A NEW plan version is created (v2, v3, etc.) • Old plan is archived (read-only, preserved in history)
Step 6: Save as Template (Optional)
• After confirming, you can save the progressed plan as a template • Reuse for other clients with similar goals • Great for gym-wide progressions!
