Filtering and Sorting Templates

The Templates page includes filter chips above the templates table to help you find what you need quickly when you have lots of plans.

Source filter (segmented control):

• All — every template you can see (default) • Manual — templates you built from scratch in the Template Builder • Repley — plans Repley generated for you (via the AI Plan Generator or Repley chat)

Usage filter (toggleable pills with counts):

• Assigned (N) — templates currently assigned to one or more active clients • Unassigned (N) — templates with no active client assignments • Click again to deselect; with neither active, all templates show

Per-row badges:

• A small Repley badge with the brand glyph appears next to plans Repley generated • A "by {trainer name}" line appears under manual plans, useful in multi-trainer businesses • A "👥 N" client chip shows how many clients are currently on each template — click it to see who

Repley vs Manual classification:

A plan is Repley if Repley wrote the structure. The first time you save changes that alter exercises (added, removed, swapped, or different sets/reps), the badge flips to Manual because the structure is now yours. Pure renames or description edits don't flip it.
