Assigning a Plan to Multiple Clients at Once

On the Templates list, click the Assign icon next to any template to open the Multi-Assign modal. This lets you push a plan to several clients in one flow.

The interface:

• Search box — narrow the client list by name or email • Filter chips: All / Available / Already assigned (with counts) — Repley pre-classifies who has an active plan vs who's free to take this one • Checkbox list — pick any combination of clients

Two distinct buttons appear when relevant:

• Assign to N clients — for clients with no active plan; sets this template as their first • Replace plan for N clients — for clients who already have an active plan; supersedes the old plan with this one

You can fire both buttons sequentially if your selection spans both groups. After each batch, the modal updates to reflect what's left.

The single-client AI assign flows are unchanged:

The AI Plan Generator's "Assign to client" step and Repley's chat assign tool both still use the original single-client modal — no risk of accidentally pushing an AI-tailored plan to multiple clients.
