Updating Assigned Clients (Smart Bulk Push)

When you edit a template that has assigned clients and click Save & Update, the Smart Bulk Push modal opens to apply your changes safely. The flow is two steps with a back button so you can revisit either at any time.

Step 1 — Review changes:

You see a summary of what changed at a glance: • A heading like "Review 4 changes before sending" so you know the magnitude immediately • A Before/After table for each affected session (Week 1 · Day 1, etc.) — desktop shows a 3-column table, mobile shows a single-line diff with a teal arrow • A count of how many active clients are affected • Toggle to include clients on a personalised version (clients whose plan Repley adjusted after a previous session) • A reassurance card: nothing is sent automatically — every change waits for your approval

Step 2 — Per-client review:

Repley triages your clients into bucketed sections, sorted by attention-needed first:

Reviewed by Repley — substantive change + client has injury notes; Repley evaluated whether the change suits them. Click any row to expand and see Repley's reasoning (e.g. "I reduced the volume to 3×10 because Sarah's shoulder note flagged a recent flare-up"). This is the trust signal: you see WHO Repley adjusted, WHAT prescription will land, and WHY it differs from the cohort default. • Equipment swap needed — client doesn't have the equipment the new exercise requires. Expand to see the missing equipment. • Hold until next block — client is in a deload week; change defers automatically. Expand to see the rule reason. • Ready to apply — safe change, will land on their next session. Expand to confirm the prescription.

Personalised badge: clients whose plan was Repley-adjusted in a prior session get a small "Personalised" pill next to their name so you can tell them apart from baseline clients without expanding the row.

Back button: at step 2 you can click Back in the footer-left to return to step 1 with all state preserved.

Daily AI budget: Repley evaluations use your daily AI quota (varies by plan tier). The modal shows a pre-flight estimate before any AI calls run. If the push exceeds your remaining budget, you can: • Wait until tomorrow (budget resets at UTC midnight) • Use partial smart mode to evaluate as many as fit • Upgrade your plan

Nothing happens automatically. Click Apply to all N clients at step 2 to commit, Back to revisit step 1, or Cancel to dismiss the modal entirely.

Limitations of the v1 release:

• AI evaluation only flags clients with injury notes for review; healthy clients with no notes auto-route to "Ready to apply" for substantive changes too • Equipment swap suggestions use a coarse 3-tag set (full_gym / no_gym / home_gym); finer-grained equipment matching is on the roadmap
