Your BuildStability subscription is separate from Stripe Connect. You can subscribe to any plan immediately by entering your card details — no Stripe Connect setup needed.
Stripe Connect lets you accept payments from your clients (memberships, class passes, training packs). It's optional — you can manage your business with manual billing if you prefer. Set it up anytime from Settings when you're ready.
Already use Stripe with another platform? Setup takes about 3 minutes since you're already familiar with the process. We pre-fill your business details to save time. If you have your own independent Standard Stripe account, you can connect it directly and skip onboarding entirely.
Why We Use Stripe Connect Standard Accounts:
BuildStability uses Stripe Connect Standard accounts with direct charges and "Stripe handles pricing". This setup ensures:

This means you have a real Stripe account with full dashboard access, and all payments go directly to your bank account. BuildStability simply facilitates the connection - we never sit in the payment flow.
